In addition, we maintain an extensive database of photographs that showcase the models' portfolios, capturing their unique qualities and professional versatility. Detailed measurements, including height, weight, clothing sizes, and physical attributes, are recorded meticulously to match models with appropriate opportunities. Work history, covering past assignments, projects, and experiences, helps us understand the models' expertise and achievements. We also collect any other pertinent data necessary for successful representation, such as specialized skills or preferences. We process sensitive data in accordance with the nature of our business activity.

If the evaluation process does not lead to the establishment of a contractual relationship with you, your personal data will be retained for a period of 3 years after the conclusion of the evaluation procedure. If you become a model in our agency, your data will be kept for the duration of the contract and 3 years after the end of the contract.

In certain cases, data retention may be extended beyond this period if it is necessary to comply with legal obligations or to exercise or defend our rights. Once we no longer require your personal data for these purposes, we will either delete it from our systems or anonymize it to ensure that it no longer identifies you.
